Damien uses a professional drone to inspect roofs, chimney stacks, guttering and high-level brickwork from above. Most damp problems start at the top. Cracked pointing, missing tiles, failed flashing. We find them before they reach your walls.
Problems at roof level cause damp at ground level. Our drone survey means we can identify the source of penetrating damp without expensive scaffolding, saving time and giving you a complete picture before any work begins.
