How the work runs, whatever the problem
- Survey. We inspect inside and out, take calibrated moisture readings, and use thermal imaging or a drone roof survey where it helps.
- Diagnosis. You get a plain-English explanation of the cause, and if there’s nothing that needs treating, we say so.
- Quote. A written quote for the specific treatment needed, with options where there are genuine choices.
- Treatment. Carried out tidily, with the damp source dealt with, not just the symptom, and photos of each stage.
